Passenger claims compensation

A 24-year-old woman received £2,750 for the injuries that she suffered following a road traffic accident which occurred in July 2007.

At the time of the accident the woman was a passenger in a vehicle that was hit by a vehicle driven by the Defendant. The Defendants vehicle had simply driven out of a T-junction and into collision with the vehicle containing the Claimant.

Her injuries, which consisted of right shoulder pain and pins and needles in her arm, lasted for approximately a year after the accident.
