Car Accident on M65 Motorway Results in £2,400 Compensation

A woman from Accrington, Lancashire who was injured in a road traffic accident on the M65 between Junctions 3 and 4 has received £2,400 compensation.

She was travelling at approximately 35 mph in a queue of traffic when another car drove in to the rear of her vehicle.  The driver of the other car admitted that she had turned around to speak to a passenger in the back of her car and was not looking where she was going.
