No win no fee

Means just that. If we don't win your case, you will not be charged a penny. If we do win then we claim our costs from the losing party and you get 100% of any compensation awarded.

The only time this may not be true is if we have incurred costs that aren't recoverable from the other party, i.e costs that have been incurred where you have chosen not to accept our advice or the costs of a medical report we haven't used but it is always our aim to ensure you get 100% of your compensation.

We will advise you if there is a risk of having to pay anything at any point before those costs are incurred.
