Passenger Gets £2,625 Compensation after Car Accident

One of our Accident Claim Solicitors has helped a man from Euxton, Chorley to get £2,625 compensation after he was injured in a road traffic accident whilst travelling as a passenger in his friend’s car.

His friend had just picked him up from home and set off at a high speed without giving him a chance to put his seatbelt on.  He was speeding along Princess Way and failed to negotiate a bend, causing the vehicle to drift onto the other side of the road and collide head on with a car travelling in the opposite direction.
