...would normally involve pursuing existing cases and advising individuals on whether they have a claim for damages. Also answering lots of letters, phone calls and e-mails.

Expertise

I advise on all aspects of personal injury work from relatively minor injuries attracting modest awards of a few thousand pounds through to catastrophic injuries with a value of over a million pounds.

I have been exclusively conducting personal injury claims for over 15 years and have a wide knowledge and experience of dealing with many different types of cases, many of which are conducted on a conditional fee (No win / no fee basis).

We are also one of the few firms in Lancashire that hold a Legal Service Commission Clinical Negligence franchise which allows clients to obtain legal funding to pursue claims against the medical profession for negligence. I have extensive experience in conducting claims of this nature.

I'm a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel.
