...involves answering a lot of letters, email and telephone calls. I pursue existing cases and advise individuals on whether they have a claim for damages.

Expertise

I head up the Motor Claims Unit at Forbes and act for both individual and corporate clients. I advise on all aspects of personal injury work from relatively minor injuries attracting modest awards of a few thousand pounds through to significant injuries with a value of over £100,000.

I have been exclusively conducting personal injury claims for over 15 years and have a wide knowledge and experience of dealing with many different types of cases, many of which are conducted on a conditional fee. I have extensive experience in conducting claims of this nature.

I am a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel.
