...will usually involve dealing with replies to post/emails on existing cases, taking instructions from new clients and advising on the merits of their case, advocacy in court hearings, attending conferences with clients/Counsel, or going on site visits.

I specialise in all aspects of personal injury law including Public Liability (trips and slips), Employer's Liability (accidents at work), and Motor Claims (car accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents).

I deal with Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB) and Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) applications, fatal accidents, and private defences to civil claims. I also advise on actions against the Police, False Imprisonment, and other actions against detaining authorities.
