...I will usually review a number of my files and action any work required by drafting documents or letters. I discuss cases with my clients by way of a telephone conversation or face to face meeting. I also attend court hearings

Expertise

I specialise in acting for claimants in clinical negligence, personal injury, CICA and MIB cases. I have over 15 years experience in personal injury and am a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

I have lectured students specialising in Civil Litigation. My cases range from straightforward road traffic accidents (RTA) cases to complex and high value employers liability and clinical negligence cases. I have a particular interest in clinical negligence arising out of all aspects of cosmetic and plastic surgery.

I am an Associate Solicitor in the firm, a Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and assist on the AvMA Helpline (Action Against Medical Accidents).
